Kelly A. Christian
Kelly A. Christian's practice focuses on the areas of catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death, and premises liability.
Kelly graduated in May 2010 from the University of Georgia School of Law, cum laude and joined Law & Moran shortly hereafter. A "Double Dawg," Kelly also graduated from the University of Georgia in December 2006, magna cum laude, with honors, with a B.B.A. in Real Estate and a Certificate of Leadership Advancement.
While in law school, Kelly was on the Editorial Board of the Georgia Journal of International and Comparative Law and the author of Worth Keeping Around? The United States' Biofuel Policies and Compliance with the WTO, 38 Ga. J. Int'l & Comp. L 165 (2010). Kelly co-chaired the Environmental Law Association's annual Red Clay Conference and was a recipient of the "Bryant T. Castellow" full academic scholarship. Kelly also studied abroad in Beijing and Shanghai, China and volunteered at the non-profit organization Heritage Watch in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. In 2009, Kelly was a recipient of the William Ackerman Fellowship for Charleston Pro Bono Legal Services located in Charleston, South Carolina.
Kelly was recently featured in the Atlanta Journal Constitution for her work on a wrongful death case involving a negligent daycare center. "Lawsuit: Baby Died After Being Left Alone at Day Care".
Kelly is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and is admitted to practice in all Georgia State and Superior Courts, the Georgia Court of Appeals, the Supreme Court of Georgia, the U.S. District Court for the Northern and Middle Districts of Georgia and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
