James A. Robson
James A. Robson joined Law & Moran in 2009 and focuses his practice on wrongful death and catastrophic personal injury. After graduating cum laude from Mercer University's Walter F. George School of Law in 2007, he practiced with a large Atlanta insurance defense firm representing clients throughout Georgia. His prior experience representing insurance companies provides him a unique insight into how they handle cases.
As a member of the State Bar of Georgia, James is admitted to practice in all Georgia State and Superior Courts, the U.S. District Court for the Northern and Middle Districts of Georgia, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, the Georgia Court of Appeals, and the Supreme Court of Georgia.
During law school, James was a member of the Mercer Law Review and the Moot Court Board. For his successes as an oral advocate, he was inducted into the Order of Barristers.
In 2004, James graduated magna cum laude with honors from the University of Georgia with degrees in History and Political Science. He was also inducted into Phi Kappa Phi and Golden Key honor societies.
James is a volunteer with Georgia Legal Services Program and is a member of Holy Spirit Catholic Church in Atlanta.
